PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, debit cards using PayPal. 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 48 hours from receipt of your order on in-stock items only. Orders received on weekends and holidays will process the next business day. If an item is not available, you will be contacted to decide if you want to backorder or cancel it. 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We ship orders using the most efficient carrier service to your area. Your order should arrive within 2-10 days after it is received by us. Rates apply to the Continental U.S. only and are subject to change without notice.

RUSH DELIVERY 

Expedited shipping is available and should arrive within 3-5 business days once your order is received. Please call us for the rate and method of expedited shipping.

SALES TAX

Nevada residents will be charged 7.750% sales tax.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of receipt and prior to shipping. Once an order is shipped the customer is responsible to pay for the full shipping charges when refusing the shipment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

First Nutrition’s Gift Baskets of Vitamins wants our customers to be 100% satisfied and delighted with the quality of our merchandise and our customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with an item or it has arrived damaged, please contact customer service by phone or e-mail for a return confirmation authorization within 7 days of receipt of your order. Items damaged by the customer will not be accepted for a refund. All nutrients (vitamins) must not have been open and must remain sealed in order to return.

This is the quickest and most efficient way for us to resolve exchange and refund issues. We regret that shipping charges are not refundable.
